Please review the following changes below. Due the ongoing pandemic, additional changes may occur at the last minute and without notice.

I want to let everyone know of a few changes we anticipate due to the current State of Washington rules on social events, and how that will affect our event.

· We are expecting most of the restrictions on table capacity, proof of vaccine, and masks at indoor events will be lifted by the date of our Ball and Auction. We are excited to return to our customary number of tables and seating for 12 at each table.

· An online registration option will be added for this year, along with the customary mail in option.

· Once again the auction bidding will be online (cellphone biding). A "virtual" option will not be available this year.

· A live band will be our entertainment for the evening, with the return of the band that started us off 24 years ago, Hit Explosion.

· Finally, as a reminder, we are returning to formal attire: black tie, gowns, and dress uniforms.

We look forward to getting together with all our friends soon.
